Dr. Eric Gibbs, DDS

Orthodontist

Dr. Eric Gibbs is a second-generation orthodontist proudly continuing his father’s legacy in dentistry. An honors graduate of Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, he also earned his Certificate in Orthodontics from Columbia. For over 20 years, Dr. Gibbs has provided exceptional orthodontic care, staying at the forefront of his field through active involvement in professional organizations and teaching at Columbia University.

Known for his warm, family-oriented approach, he and his dedicated team create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient. Outside the office, Dr. Gibbs enjoys cooking, reading, and competing as an Ironman triathlete.

Dr. Lily Razavi, DMD

Orthodontist

Dr. Lily Razavi is a board-certified orthodontist passionate about creating beautiful, healthy smiles. A Tufts University graduate, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in the top 10% of her class and completed advanced specialty training in orthodontics. Honored with the ABO Award and inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Dr. Razavi combines evidence-based care with a personalized approach. Fluent in English, French, Farsi, and Spanish, she connects easily with patients from all backgrounds. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and tennis, bringing warmth and dedication to every patient’s journey.

I joined Gibbs Orthodontics in 2016 and it has been a great experience. When I began, they all treated me as if I were already part of the team. Now, we all work as a team to accommodate every patient’s needs.

I recently got married and I am enjoying my married life.

I am born and raised in New York. I am the office patient coordinator and the best part of my job is always being able to provide an amazing experience and care over the phone and in person. My job is always so satisfying following the journey to the wonderful transformations in their smiles.

When I am not at work I run for fun and hope to complete the major 6 marathons. When I am not running I enjoy exploring new restaurants, watching movies, hiking, and spending time with my family.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I have worked at Gibbs Orthodontics since 1999. It was my first job as a dental hygienist! Today, years later, I am still happy to be a part of this practice. Some of my duties here include gathering the patients’ diagnostic information by taking radiographs and impressions of the teeth, preparing the patients for procedures before being seen by the doctors, and teaching proper oral hygiene technique, management, and regimen.

I love interacting with the kids; they make my day at work more interesting. I really enjoy being a part of each patients’ transformation into a great smile!

Registered Dental Hygienist

I began working with Dr. Gibbs in 2003. I work with our doctors during regular appointments and make sure our patients have great oral health when they have braces. I am always available on the phone and via email to answer any questions or concerns our patients have, and I want their orthodontic experience to be as comfortable and positive as possible. Our office is a fun place for both our patients and our staff, and someone is always laughing!

In my free time, I love taking long walks and spending time with my son and husband.

I was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico but predominantly raised in NYC. I love shopping, eating, and spending time with my family and friends. I’ve been part of the team for over 5 years now, and no day is ever the same. Currently, I am working towards a degree in web management.

Office Manager/Web Assistant

I joined Gibbs Orthodontics in 2001 as our office manager. I enjoy working with Dr. Gibbs and the team to help improve workflow and operations so that we can provide the highest quality service. As our web coordinator and social media contact, I look to find relevant and up-to-date content for our patients. I strive to provide our patients with the best orthodontic care and a positive experience throughout their treatment. The most inspiring part of this job is hearing such positive feedback from our patients about their time with us.
